Transfer Agent

BellX, Inc. has appointed Computershare Trust Company, N.A. as its independent transfer agent and registrar.

Computershare maintains the Company’s shareholder register and provides shareholder recordkeeping and online account management services for BellX stockholders.

Investor Center

Shareholders can access their holdings through the Computershare Investor Center.

Through Investor Center you can:

  • View your BellX shareholding
  • Update your personal and mailing information
  • Elect electronic communications
  • Access shareholder statements and other documents
  • Manage eligible account preferences
  • Complete tax certification (where applicable)

 

Shareholders who are companies, trusts or other fiduciary entities may have limited online functionality.

Tax Certification

Certain shareholders may be required to complete U.S. tax certification.

  • U.S. shareholders may be required to complete IRS Form W-9.
  • Non-U.S. shareholders may be required to complete IRS Form W-8BEN.
