The Board of Directors of BellX, Inc. (the “Company”) is committed to maintaining high standards of corporate governance, accountability and integrity. The Board oversees the management, strategy and affairs of the Company and seeks to act in the best interests of shareholders in accordance with applicable law and its fiduciary duties. BellX will continue to develop its governance framework as the Company grows, accesses the U.S. capital markets and progresses toward its objective of becoming a publicly listed company. The Company’s governance policies and guidelines may be reviewed and updated by the Board from time to time as appropriate.
